J&J Roofing LLC provides professional roofing inspection, repair, and installation services in El Paso County and Douglas County, Colorado. Our services include documenting storm or hail damage and providing written inspection reports to property owners. Such reports may be submitted by the property owner to their insurance carrier as part of a claim.
J&J Roofing LLC is not a public adjuster and does not negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of property owners. We make no representation regarding the outcome of any insurance claim. Approval, denial, or settlement of an insurance claim is solely at the discretion of the property owner’s insurer.
Your insurance deductible is your responsibility as a policyholder. J&J Roofing LLC does not waive, pay, absorb, or rebate deductibles in whole or in part. Any offer to do so would violate Colorado law (C.R.S. § 10-2-417) and is not authorized by this company.
Estimates and proposals provided by J&J Roofing LLC reflect the scope of work agreed upon between the property owner and J&J Roofing LLC and are not a guarantee of insurance reimbursement.
J&J Roofing LLC holds active contractor licenses in El Paso County (Pikes Peak Regional Building Department) and Douglas County, Colorado. We do not market or perform roofing services in jurisdictions where we are not licensed without prior verification of applicable licensing requirements.
Workmanship warranties, if offered, will be stated in writing in your project contract. Manufacturer material warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. J&J Roofing LLC makes no implied warranty beyond what is stated in the signed project agreement.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by J&J Roofing LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any third-party site you visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J&J Roofing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information provided on this website.
